Artificial Light

I was able to take the day off...was nice being home with the boy...I think he had fun as well. I decided to shoot his little people thathe kept bringing me. My vision was a halloween party of sorts. Used the Droid X for the large back ground screen. I can almost hear the music.

Ten one

Got to enjoy some early evening light last night and was able to take the camera into the back yard. I opted for the Nikon D3100. So far with my limited photography experience, I have been very happy with it. This shot is from my backyard. I don't know what kind of flower it is. All I know is we got this plant as a gift from a friend who had purchased it at Marc's. I do remember when we planted it, it looked like it was on death's doorstep. Two years later, what a beautiful little plant.
